Mail Server Maintenance

We will perform maintenance on the JSW4.NET primary client mail server this weekend. Our customers will be unable to send or receive email through the mail server during this period. Attempts to deliver mail to our customers from other mail servers will be delayed slightly during this period.
We will begin maintenance at 6:00 PM on Friday August 15th. The actual work is only expected to take about half an hour, but when the mail server comes back up it will be in a new network, and it will take a few hours for DNS to catch up.
Clients should not have to change email configurations. DNS must be refreshed to "see" the new server address. Usually rebooting the computer will work.
We have chosen this window of time because we anticipate that most of our business customers will not notice the interruption over the weekend. If any customers have any questions please feel free to send email to support or call us.
