yes,  but AFAIK -X is a shortcut for -DONE_PROCESS. But then I may be wrong but a quick check now shows me that using -DONE_PROCESS, apache2 ignores SIGINT

for Apache/2.x, Shouldn't that now be:

$> httpd -DONE_PROCESS -DNO_DETACH
