Please do not compile it your own if you are a newbie use the
prepackaged versions from here:

Apache as msi-package:
- http://httpd.apache.org/download.cgi

mod-perl:
- http://perl.apache.org/docs/2.0/os/win32/install.html#PPM_Packages -
