[ic] Problem with ftp access and wget gets in to a loop.

Hello,

It appears that I can no longer access ftp.icdevgroup.org via ncftp.  I
then tried to use wget.  I did a wget -m http://ftp.icdevgrou.org/ and
have been letting it run now for two days.  I just noticed this line on
the screen.

http://ftp.icdevgroup.org/pub/pub/pub/pub/pub/pub/pub/pub/pub/pub/pub/pub/pub/pub/pub/pub/pub/pub/pub/interchange/4.8/debian/4.6.2/interchange-ui_4.6.2-1_all.deb

Could we please allow ncftp to get to the system.

I like to keep a personal archive of all ftp.icdevgroup.org, but this is
nolonger possible.
