Check below:
[item-list]Added [item-code] to orderline:
[import table=orderline type=LINE continue=NOTES no-commit=1]

Add here the extra orderline field that you added. Perhaps that solves
things
(needs catalog reconfig before it takes effect).

Sounds like a familiar bug, but can't think of what it was/is atm.
