[ic] Set UI User Session Expire

I have spent too much time trying to understand this I'm sorry if its in the
RTFM but how can I set the UI to not make me login every 30 seconds or so.
Looks like admin users aren't stored is userdb.  Curious if this is this
controlled on a catalog level or a user level.  Looking at the cookie it
doesn't have anything about a relevant expire date.
