[ic] Revolved: error: (shipping): Country code UK has no zone for postal shipping.

Under the suggestion from tom @ readyink.com Interchange wasn't recognizing
UK as the country code, but rather GB.  So I manually changed the info in
the country table and state table.  After a few tests UK/GB shipping seems
to be working ok.
