[ic] Hope you can help a noob

Hoping you can help me out I recently installed Interchange and keep 
getting the error

Undefined catalog: /~barcoder/cgi-bin/cart.cgi every time i try to log on as the administrator.
I get the same message for user.  I tried to look up the problem on your web page but I do not 
know enough about the program to make heads or tails of any of the advice.

Do you have a step by step process for getting past this error?
