[ic] Help with the PaypalExpress module

I'm trying to add in the Paypal Express but the profiles.order and the
log_transaction files don't look like it contains the pieces that the
instructions refer too to add in the pieces.

I'm using the standard demo as my baseline -- can someone provide a
profiles.order and log_transaction that would work with this?
