[ic] Setting up interchange on Debian Stable

Hello

I am trying to get interchange up and running a new Debian Stable 
system.   I have setup the apt repositories, and apt is finding the 
packages, but it is having errors installing.

Here is the output of the apt-get install process.  Any ideas what I 
need to do to get this up and working?
