Can anyone explain what this does in cart_tiny:
[item-next][item-modifier mv_si][/item-next]

It only makes the one appearance (in cart_tiny) in 5.4.2

We have a problem in that our IC install intermittently renders the 
item-next opening and closing tags in plain text and I was just thinking of 
ditching the line.
