[ic] An updated USPS.TXT file?

Hello

I am wondering if anyone has an updated usps.txt file (countries listing &
rate zones). The one shipping in the 5.2 seems to be old. Am I to
understand that this need to be compiled by hand, or does someone have a
magic file somewhere?

Obviously if there is not one, I'll have to do it, but wanted to check
first.

That is the fresh data, but as you can see, there are no country codes.
