I know people who use MOM (Mail Order Manager) from Dydacomp for POS functions, and Interchange just for Internet orders. I think there are many many things that a POS system can do that Interchange can't do. Two that come to mind are shipping labels and a much more sophisticaed inventory and return framework. For example I don't think the interchange inventory uses the option information (a red shirt vs. a blue shirt). I don't know much about POS systems, but it would be interesting if we had a wishlist of functions that Interchange would need to be a POS system,
