And with this addition, it works Perfectly!...

   if ($map_price > 0){
       $record->{price} = <<EOF;
<span style="color: #000000; font-size:12px; font-weight: normal;">Add 
to Cart<br>For Instant Price Quote</span>

   }
   else {       
       $record->{price} = $Tag->price($sku);
   }
