See if setting it to zero helps any. If so then give all of your NUMERIC columns a numeric value in the txt file. You could also try adding DEFAULT '0' to the end of the INTEGER COLUMN_DEF definitions. I note that you have DEFAULT '', for some INTEGER columns, in your products.mysql file.
