[ic] Re: CSS not rendering

Thanks for the help on the help on the CSS issue. The solution turned out
to be simple, and pointed to by the catalog's error.log file.  The CSS
file (images/theme_css.css in this case) did not have write permissions. I
gave it write permissions and everything looks great now.
