[ic] Reselect selected option when coming from the basket...

I have a need which I figured someone has done before so I thought I  
would ask the list.

The products in this particular catalog are shirts.  They come in  
various sizes, which is an option selectable from the flypage.

When someone clicks on the item in their basket (which right now just  
links to the product page via the item-sku value.) What I want is the  
selected size to be still selected when the user clicks on the item  
from the basket.

Any ideas on how to accomplish this?
