[ic] Custom Controls Page Editor?

Running 5.2.1

I?ve added a custom control to the page editor and it displays  
correctly during the session, but the control disappears after the  
session.  The control is functioning correctly, it just isn?t  
displaying  in the page editor.

I?ve searched the archives and found a few posts with a similar  
problem, but no solution.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
