[ic] DBI Connect errors

Hello,

I have been noticing these errors in my log file:
 Runtime error: table products connect failed -- DBI 
connect('table:10.0.0.100:3306','name',...)
failed: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'x.x.x.x' (4) at 
/usr/local/interchange/lib/Vend/Table/DBI.pm line 581

Anyone else seeing this error with the following DBI version?
It looks like these just started happening after upgrading DBI  :(

dev-perl/DBI
      Latest version available: 1.53
      Latest version installed: 1.53
