[ic] checkout error in standard demo store

Hi-
I have the Interchange "standard" demo store set up on Fedora 5.
I can't seem to finalize a test order.  I'm hoping someone here can 
suggest a fix.

When I click "Place Order" on the finalize.html page,
the error message in the browser reads:

   There were errors in your last submission:
   (Payment process): There was an error accepting payment: Real-time 
charge failed. Reason:
   Please correct the areas listed above which are highlighted in this 
color in the form.

However, there are no highlighted fields showing.

The catalog error log reads:
