[ic] Authorizenet Vend::Config::make_headers error

I am setting up credit card processing with Authorizenet, I have been stuck
at the error below for a while.  
I receive this when a credit card is submitted to be processed. Any thoughts
on the cause of this error and a possible resolution.  The card processing
requests are not reaching Authorize net.
I am using Interchange 5.2.0


(Payment process): There was an error accepting payment: Real-time charge
failed. Reason: payment routine 'authorizenet' returned error: Undefined
subroutine &Vend::Config::make_headers called at (tag 'fly_tax') line 128.
Credit Card Information: payment routine 'authorizenet' returned error:
Undefined subroutine &Vend::Config::make_headers called at (tag 'fly_tax')
line 128.
