There's a lot of gateways like that.  I happen to like NetBilling which 
has the same features you've listed plus they offer online check 
processing.  They have an Authorise.Net compatibility mode but there is 
also a native NetBilling payment module available for Interchange which 
supports both credit card and check processing.
