[ic] change LEFTRIGHT_BOTTOM

I copy /templates/regions/LEFTRIGHT_BOTTOM to SITELEFTRIGHT_BOTTOM

I changed LEFTRIGHT_BOTTOM using include/layout/siteleftright instead of 
include/layout/leftright

I changed my index.html page with @_SITELEFTRIGHT_BOTTOM_@ instead of 
@_LEFTRIGHT_BOTTOM_@

This is not working because the variable @_SITELEFTRIGHT_BOTTOM_@ is 
unknown.

I thought that new templates need to defined in the catalog.cfg file like
Variable      SITELEFTRIGHT_BOTTOM [include 
templates/regions/SITELEFTRIGHT_BOTTOM]

but I can't find anything like this in catalog.cfg?
