I'm leaning toward Interchange::Link as the culprit here.  I don't
have any websites that use Interchange::Link, so I'll have to just
read the code and see if anything obvious jumps out at me.

If anyone has a development/test setup with Apache 2, Interchange::Link
and SSL then it would be nice if I could be allowed to log in and
investigate this issue.  Otherwise I'll set up a test website with
Apache 2 and Interchange::Link if/when I get some time.

A confirmation of the above test results from other people would be
helpful.

I can confirm those results on my Apache2+Interchange::Link setup.
