[ic] New Account problem changing countries

Hello,

I have a 5.2.0 catalog that has the same problem described in 
http://www.icdevgroup.org/pipermail/interchange-users/2003-November/036819.html

A user accesses the site, puts something in their cart.  They click on Check Out.  They then decide 
to create an account.  That page (account creation) will not let them change the country.  If they 
go back to the checkout page, they can change it there, but once they go back to the account page, 
it won't change from the setting it was last set at in the checkout page.

Has there been a fix for this?  I noticed on the demo site the country selection has been changed to 
show everything in the one list.
