The Interchange server is dieing because it thinks it's already running. You probably have an orphaned .pid file. You need to find the .pid file (location and names varies depending on your setup, but it will end in .pid) and delete it, then Interchange should start up fine.
You should make sure that Interchange isn't actually running already first, do a `ps uax | grep 10151' (or whatever the reported pid is) to find out.
