[ic] Setting value of shipping

I am using Interchange 5.4.0.

I would like to change the value of the shipping cost as I have
written a custom routine.

I placed AutoModifier  shipping in my catalog.cfg and restarted Interchange.

I am wanting to basically set the shipping cost myself without using
the standard shipping routines.

Is this possible?  If so, what would be the perl variable that I would modifiy?
