When using Interchange 4.8.6. I was able to make the changes on a data base and update the definitions .. then delete the tablename.sql and apply changes ... worked! Now using 4.8.9. can't do it ... Interchange locks up, site goes down & need to contact my host to restart. Is there a way my host can configure 4.8.9. so that the apply changes will do the trick? Obviously I don't have "shell access" My host requires me to have a dedicated IP address (which I don't have) in order to get shell access.
