[ic] UPS Rates Gone up..

I dont know if people realize this but rates have gone up especially the fuel charges. Does anyone know How i can add DCSR Delivery Confirmation to interchange?

Weird thing is if I use www lookup its more then internal UPS and I got the most recent zone files, im puzzled plus if I go to ups and calculate time and cost its more then both..
