[ic] Simple Options IC 5.4

Hello List,

I have simple options enabled on an Item - Three options, and 1 with 
a price adder.
The options display correctly on the flypage and checkout page, but 
the adder is not affecting the price.

I double checked my options format, and it appears the same as you 
have on sku os28011 in the demo catalog.

Any suggestions for which section of code to review, or the tag that 
calculates the price modifer?
