There is an old demo catalog called MV Mall available at 
<http://www.interchange.rtfm.info/downloads/demos/index.html>.  I don't 
know how much of a "mall" it is, but looking through it may give you 
some pointers.  It will probably take some tweaking to get it to work on 
IC 5.4.
