In our i18n/locale database we have several languages. Let's call them
en_US ('default', came with the install), eng, est, rus.
We're using L tags. [L code]something[/L]
Suppose the current language is 'rus'. And suppose the 'rus' field is
missing from the database.
How can we tell it to use the 'en_US' field instead and not the part
between the L tags? ('something')
