I've got an odd problem with an IC 4.6.3 cart (yeah, I know, working on upgrading it!).Both Hawaii and Alaska show $0 for shipping, even when selecting UPS 2-day or next day. I looked at the zone info, and it looks like it is in the same format as 5.2.0.
I'm curious though as to why the listing of zip codes for these two don't have the zone info in the next few fields. Does the lookup routine have the exception list hard-coded or something? What I'm talking about is this (from the 450.csv default):
