Might as well let the user select the time frame to keep the cache, 
or let UPS_CACHE_EXPIRE be a multiple of 86000 to approximate the 
number of days.

Any reason 30 (86000*30) days wouldn't work - maybe even 90 days.

UPS doesn't change rates that often, and we aren't concerned about 
the data accumulation.

IC 5.4 is working great!

Any thoughts?
