It looks like we have identified what is causing the problem.  Kevin Walsh 
is looking into a fix as we speak - any progress will be posted to the 
mailing list.

In the meantime, if you are using mod_interchange, the best workaround fix 
at the moment is to add /xmlrpc.php to your DropRequestList in httpd.conf 
e.g.

DropRequestList /default.ida /x.ida /cmd.exe /root.exe /xmlrpc.php
