Salvador,

Same here. I've had to manually remove duplicates. Maybe a cache issue?
Just a thought though I haven't dug into it very much. Some suggestions:
check the error logs, visit http://www.interchange.rtfm.info/index.html
for bunches of different troubleshooting/contributions. Wish I was more
hlep. Have a happy new year;-)
