I think most mail lists that are older than just a few years have seen
and disposed of this issue the way they will. This list is now approaching
75,000 messages over it's lifetime, and so is pretty experienced. 8-)

As a bit of history, the list was set up to not reply to the list
when I originally put it together. The change to "Reply-To: list"
was by popular demand.
