[ic] Left side menu

Hello:

Trying to use "menu loader" to change left side menu.
When I click "Load Menu" it creates a menu and reports: Menu 'Untitled' 
saved to file include/menus/Untitled.txt. Active on next access.
I click on "Apply Changes", then "Go to Catalog", and nothing changes on the 
left side "tree" menu.

What step am I missing?
