[ic] DHL intl cheaper than UPS - module anyone?

Is anyone interested in sharing the development costs for getting  
realtime rates for international DHL shipping?

My client tells me that their international customers usually request  
DHL, and it is often $10-$20 cheaper than UPS.

I believe development costs are about $500.
