[ic] sorting item-options in flypage.html

There has been some discussion of this, with conclusion being to add 
sort=1 or sort=o_sort to the [item-options] tag.  However there was 
always a voice that said it was not
working.

In my 5.2 installation, I get an error

Died in server spawn: Can't call method "test_column" on an undefined 
value at /usr/lib/interch\ange/Vend/Options.pm line 174.

when trying these two sort= choices
