Okay! So I set out to add an option to Editor.pm, and found that there
was one already! It looks like any of the following will do what you
might expect:

ignore_cgi_item_id
ignore_cgi_item_id_left
ignore_cgi_mv_pc
ignore_cgi_mv_action
ignore_cgi_mv_todo
ignore_cgi_mv_ui
ignore_cgi_mv_data_table
ignore_cgi_mv_session_id
ignore_cgi_mv_nextpage
ignore_cgi_ui_sequence_edit

I've only tried ignore_cgi_item_id, and that seems to have done the trick.
