[ic] Problem with 'Radio' type shipping options

Hi folks,

I am using the code below on the checkout for radio button shipping selection,
however it has one floor that I am struggleing to fix.

If a customer selects a shipping mode and then increases the weight of the order
so that shipping mode is no longer valid then the radio button for that shipping
disappears, the shipping drops to 0.00 and none of the radio buttons are
selected. This allows the customer to checkout in this state. Using drop down
shipping it does not occur.

Is there anyway to make sure at least one radio button is selected.
