Take a look at the cheesy [google-query] UserTag on my RTFM website:

    http://www.interchange.rtfm.info/downloads/usertags/index.html

You can use that code as an example of how to create a list container.
that can then make use of the various [PREFIX-code] and [more-list]
subtags.
