[ic] How to reset ALL discounts?

Hi folks,

Using IC 5.2.0, is there any way clear ALL discounts, initially I thought that
[discount ALL_ITEMS][/discount] would do the trick but that only clears a
discount set for ALL_ITEMS not discounts set for individual items.

Can anyone suggest how to do it with IC tags or a perl routine please?
