[ic] Forbidden Error on Interchange /store/cart/process

Anyone possible to help with this? Receiving the following when a new 
customer is in the checkout pages and enters their zip code (forces 
reload of page).

403 Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /store/cart/process on this server.


Also received the same thing in the Admin intermittently when 
changing prices. Now is showing up in the Cart which has just about 
shut the business down.

Using Interchange 5.2.0 on Redhat.
