There should be a lookup_query for sure on the Database tab.

WRT label_joiner, you will have to add that parameter to the extra field
in mv_metadata. (Note you will need label_joiner instead of label-
joiner.) You can either do that by editing the "extra" value carefully,
or adding an ExtraMeta attribute to a custom Widget definition.
