I'm using the:

 FedEx Ship Manager module for Interchange - price query
  Written by Chris Wenham of Synesmedia, suppressed
  www.synesmedia.com - 516-620-4110 - Expert Interchange consulting

On IC 5.2.

As of last Friday (July 30th) it appears to have stopped working.  I check
my icdebug file and see this:
