[ic] Searching the db

I have page that has a search fields on it


field1 field2 field3
When that page is submitted I need a search query done on those fields.
dbf1=field1
dbf2=field2
dbf3=field3

I have not found away to do this, can someone point me to a place to do 
this.  I am willing to pay $50 buck to get it done.
