In foundation-shop? You could comment out the stuff around the "Out of 
Stock"-note in three files:
browse.html(122): <b>[L]Out Of Stock[/L]</b></font>
flypage.html(157): <b>[L]Out Of Stock[/L]<b>
quantity.html(74): <b>[L]Out Of Stock[/L]</b>
