[ic] We're sorry, the Interchange server is unavailable

So far found no answer to this problem, so I have to ask again for help.

Installed Interchange 5.2 on CentOS 3.0 and configured a test
environment using Postgresql. Checked that database is installed and
tables populated. Try to connect - welcome page display OK, but if I try
to click customer or admin then I get the error We're sorry, the
Interchange server is unavailable. Have checked log files, but nothing
there. Same problem with the Foundation Demo.

Has anyone been able to make Interchange work in this environment?
